Malakoff 12km KL Run

OK, with fees of RM40 to run this, I'll officially announce that the competitive running for me in 2008 has drawn its curtain and not joining the Malakoff Run.

Penang Bridge International Marathon 2008 was over last week, and that is it this year. Going to nurse my left knee, do a lot of legs and upper body exercises until January and see if I am fit to run the Great Eastern 30km.

rm40 for a 12km run?... that's a RM3.33/km run.... geez, unless they're giving away free dri-fit tee and shorts...hehehh

it's insane. i'll go for the great eastern 20k in january, hope my knee will hold up
