on bended knees

Penang Bridge IM is fast approaching, and I know I need a lot of TOFs. So I headed to the park this morning early in an attempt to do 16km. Last night before sleep, I had a mental image in my head how I would run etc etc.

Today, I failed miserably. My left knee gave way on the 2nd km. I walked the rest.

This is heartbreaking. I need an instant fix or else I'd be limping my way up the bridge.
