Doing the Forrest Gump thing...

Dah, menggigil nak sign-up, cukup sehari dok congak, timbang-timbang... I figured this decision and run time will better come now before any cold feet or injuries, and I have to keep on adding new challenges to whatever things I am doing now... 

No turning back. Hopefully I'll recover stronger for my Mount Kinabalu 2 weeks after KLIM '09.

I am looking at Runner's World's 16-week training programme for newbies. Have a 6km coming tomorrow morning.
