KLIM Training - Day 7, Week 2
Prescribed running distance is 16km.
Total running today is 9km.
Woke up late, and only reached the park at 8.15 a.m. Figured I’ll push for the prescribed distance, with the fact that I had my dinner last night, and some rice and meat at 5 this morning. But for whatever reason, I fell short, wasn’t fatigue etc. I know for sure that I was just plain lazy.
Some days are like that. I was that close not to wake up at all this morning. The comfort of our bed and the warmth of a duvet can be too fatal sometimes.
It is a cheat day today, but I figured I did it wrong before where I intentionally aligned all sinful food for one day’s consumption. What I’ll do on my Sundays – eat like usual, but I’ll allow myself some indulgent food, not at any amount or anything.
Truth be told, losing a single kilo at where I am now is tough.
