Iris in the House

Iris has just spent 2 afternoons with me at the office, as her babysitter was in the hospital. So, after her school in the morning, wifey woud drop her off on her way to Cyberjaya.

Not a newbie at the office, she was comfortable with the 'uncles' and 'aunts'. On the first day this week, she didn't move much away from me, but on a second day, she went all the way up to the top floor on her own, in search for Aunt Ain who did a small art project (pic soon), wanting for more (or was it to get her scissors back).

The first day, she played all afternoon, and only took her nap at 4.30 p.m. (as opposed to 1 p.m.). On the second day, she played all day, and went straight to bed when we reached home at 9 p.m.

Overall, she was very well-behaved, not once did she complained of wanting to go home to her Barbie dolls, or her The Devil Wears Prada DVD. She at and walked around, do her paper cutting, ate her chocolates, politely asks for her potty breaks, and generally was out of my way doing my work. Such beautiful behavior. 

Such a good girl, maybe I will take her out for book shopping this weekend.
