The bi-weekly weigh-in. I am now standing at 81.8 kg (180 lbs). Current BMI at 23.6.
I am still some 5 weeks plus towards SCKLM '09, and 2 weeks away to complete the Strength Training.
Need to slow fat loss now and maintain the current weight.
