Hop on the Bandwagon

After a long hiatus, I have returned to the gym (yesterday was observing the puasa sunat of Isra' Mikraj). It was a little awkward for a while, and I sure did struggle in the weights that I was used to before, but nonetheless, the purpose of this week's training is more to stretch the loose muscle lost in the marathon etc. No big deal.

Next week will be a 16-weeks Strength Training regimes to shed more kilos off of me, which will coincide with the Marathon training for SCSM '09 (yes, I have registered, phew!!) just after the Adidas KOTR '09.

But I foresee the trainings will be in tatters once Ramadhan kicks in. O well...

Have some good upper body workout today (bench presses felt like forever), glad to know still could do pull-ups.

Have double runs this weekend - the Men's Health Night Run in Putrajaya on Saturday, and promised Freya to crash the Bukit Antarabangsa Run on Sunday morning (her last run before going back to UK). Have to get the mileages now for Adidas - yeah!
