Contagious

There are so many entries in runner's/athletes' blogs these days worth mentioning on this crappy virus M. With Ramadhan coming and no races in sight for the next 2 months, everyone is taking their (*ehem - well)-deserved breaks.

The M virus is contagious and airborne in the world of blogoniverse. It gently brushed me this morning that I missed my morning LSD.

Gonna do my rounds of weekend rituals, and will head to the park this evening to run, and see if the M bug still hovers around my head. Hopefully it doesn't rain as bad.

Eh eh...as it crawls to 5pm, 5:30pm, 6pm...you wish it'll rain lah...hehe. Ataupun, HAZE!!!! Hazardous to go out!

i feel it too. Last friday I was praying to god for it to rain so I do not have to run. But I'm glad i did... and it did rain though haha.

I'm nervous about running during ramadhan though.

beware of not only the M bug but also the 'M4K4N B4NY4K' bug to catch up before Ramadhan.

tolldoll - apa apa pun, kesihatan jaga.. nanti lari dlm hujan, demam pulak... bulan puasa, I buat maintenance je... nanti banyak exercise lari ke PARAM (Pasar Ramadhan) cari karipap panas... :P
