Downs and Up(coming)s
It has been 2 days raining in a row in the evening. I came into Subang yesterday, kononnya straight into the park and do my run, but Subang was soaked. KL in a distance looked gloomy. I drove home and it was still raining in Kepong.
Never mind it has no benefits to my training/whatever, but I am eager to shake some food off me. In KB, we went to this old banana leaf restaurant and the chicken masala was heavens, I lost my sanity for a bit there. And my mum came to the airport bearing her first-time trying nasi briyani (now who could resist mum's cooking?)
I need to run.
Post TNF Singapore, I have been swamped with work. Penang on Monday, full day meeting Tuesday, and KB on Wednesday. I have Putrajaya on Thursday, and Friday is the only sane day for me left. Don't talk about going to the gym, I don't even have enough sleep this week.
As always, I figured, going running will regenerate my batteries and awaken me from this long, dragful slumber and work. It has always been, and I know it will never fail to.
With few wet evenings, I reckon that Genting Trailblazer this weekend will be fun. Ready to rumble...
