We all need to STRETCH!
There is an invitation to do a full body stretching by missJewelz as follows;
When : Sunday, 23 May 2010
Time : estimated from 8.00 to 9.00 a.m.
Where : tba (somewhere near Lake Garden)
The stretching is targeted to start after finishing the 10k "Tribute to Ngae Run" (starts at 6.30 a.m.) which will roll out of Bukit Aman carpark.
The stretching session is free, but there will be a potluck party son after most runners for 20k "Tribute to Ngae Run" returns back to the carpark, so the least you could do is to bring your own drink :).
It is free, but please bring your own exercise mat (or towel), small towel/resistance band and water. Dress decently as there will be a lot of, ... ehem... kangkang actions :D
Bring your friends, and bring yourself. Stretching is very important, and to be done correctly too.
