a) in Pantai Lido, doing a multi secret speed swim training for the PD Tri


b) head brewing in the office, putting up lines of pantun as captions in his Picasa album to the trail pics


c) bike shopping in Singapore, and while at it, shopping for trail shoes for TNF100 Duo


d) pirated Gold Coast Marathon 2010, and now enjoying his Zero Week, with nasi lemak sambal sotong on his lap


e) all of the above

f) running endless laps of Taman Bunga Istana followed by digging the handlebar at 50kph around Taman Impian Mas at night. Oh! Forgot, swimming like tomorrow no more water at Larkin pool.

i was a tad worried cos he was like gone with no news and texted him two days ago. He is fine, said will come back soon, bogged down with work .. his sense of humour is still intact LOL.
