My Home PT looked at me the other day, and quipped that I have no butts now.
What?
She said all the curves have dissipated, and I must have dropped them at the many parks I went running.
Clearly she is not that all pleased.
Gonna add these routines on my lower body exercises (Tuesdays and Fridays) :
Wide-stand Squat
Waiter's Bow (wide legged) - squeeze abs and glutes
Split Squats - drop down (not forward), squeeze glutes
Reverse Lunges, drop down, squeeze glutes
Step Up - 2 feet from board
Bulgarian Split Squat
That buns of steel, huh...
