Here's calling for a final LSD before SCKLM'10!

This should not be a desperate attempt to complete whatever missed mileages, but a simple leg, jaw and stomach exercise not for the faint-hearted. Calling all RBUs, GKLs, FMVs, GBSs, etc etc etc etc... and feel free to bring other friends (jangan malu-malu...)

The menu (proposed) is;

RV: Bukit Aman carpark (near gerai meehun sup)

RV Time : 6.00 a.m. +

Golek Time : 6.30 a.m.

Proposed Distance : 20km

Route : Bukit Aman - Jalan Duta - Hartamas - Jalan Duta - Bukit Aman (you could customise for a shorter 10km route with a Jalan Duta U-turn, or longer 30km route to Kiara)

As usual, BYOH (bring your own hydration) and food, and not forgetting some plaster for the ears.
