Updates : Tribute T.T.

Remind me to add all friends in my FB this weekend. 

Anyway, the update for the T.T. would be a change of date, as follows;

When : Sunday, 06 June 2010
Agenda (please pick and choose) : 
07:00 - 07.30 - Recovery Run at Kiara Park
07:45 - 08:30 - Stretching Session, courtesy of missJewelz (please bring your own water, towel, resistance band if you have, yoga mat)
09:30 - etc - Minum-minum, and be merry
Where : Mohsin, TTDI (same stretch of Pizza Hut)

There will be a book signing ceremony by our Fitness Chef, so come prepared with your 555 book.

Nadia - sure can... the stretching is really good (and teeny bit painful hehehe)

Diket - why not, aku pun lama tak breakfast ngan family :D, senang bila diorang kenal sesama nnt, boleh coordinate joint carboloading cooking... hang jugak yang senang ahhahahahaahhahahahaha

nadia: u can do a short run say , say 1-2 loops around kiara park. ur own pace.then stretch. not stretching on cold muscles. need to warm them up 1st !

agree nadia - kenot stretch the cold muscle. hopefully I'll run with Iris :D
