Brick Building

Holidays!

Singapore Biathlon  is 2 weekends away! I am planning to do a brick session as follows;

Date : 05 February 2011

RV Time : 8:30 a.m. at PADE, Shah Alam (knowing PADE, the queue will be long)

Swim Start Time : 9:00 a.m. (to pay entrance fee of RM3.50)

Swim Distance : 1500m max, feel free to customise

T1 : own car at carpark

Run Start Time : estimated 9:45 a.m. (very hot ooo!)

Run Distance : 5k only (PADE - Stadium Shah Alam - Water Station #1 @ Ziff's house (ni tak rasmi ye...) - Stadium - PADE)

Please bring your own goggles, swim caps, hydration etc.
