eat pisang few minutes before running.. it will fuel you like RON 97! hehe

Doc : betulkan. so far my 2-3 hours fuel before run is still pasta tapi malas daa nak masak, if you r running days in a week hahhah

you looked fine to me when I bumped into you at bkt jalil. perhaps just a bad day. i noticed how good of a day does affect the whole body and system too (for me at least)
